Meet Julie
Hi! I’m Julie, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, holistic coach and yoga teacher. Most importantly, I’m a mom of two awesome kiddos.
I’m also a student of life and yoga, and I come to these practices and teachings with humility, awe, and discernment. I believe that we all have a deep inner knowing we’ve forgotten and my mission in this work is to help you remember that.
I was raised in Michigan, and live there currently. I spent a little over a decade living in Chicago, Hawaii, and Taiwan in my 20’s. Living in different places and cultures greatly informs my life. I have traveled all around the world and for a long time, part of that experience was my external search for meaning.
n 2021, I found Ayurveda and quit drinking. Sobriety has taught me the true depth of resilience and self-compassion. After having my first child, I experienced postpartum anxiety—a challenge that opened my eyes to how vital support and understanding are for moms, which led me to MotherCircle Facilitator training with Kimberly Ann Johnson and Jessica Connolly.
My mission is to help women remember their power, who they really are, and cultivate genuine well-being—body, mind, and spirit. When I’m not with my kids, guiding yoga or diving into Ayurvedic wisdom, you’ll find me lost in a book, buying a book, or talking about books.
